Print2Accounts is a Windows application developed by Vukon Oy that automates the handling of paper receipts and invoices. Print a receipt to the virtual printer, and AI (Claude or Moonshot) automatically recognizes the supplier, date, amounts, and VAT details. Review the data and save directly to Procountor accounting with a single click.
How It Works
- Print — print a receipt or invoice to the Print2Accounts PDF virtual printer
- AI Recognizes — AI analyzes the PDF and extracts the supplier, amounts, VAT, and expense type
- Review — review and edit the data in a clear user interface
- Save — send a bank statement or expense report directly to Procountor with PDF attachments
