It takes receipts to Procountor. You print a receipt to the printer Print2Accounts PDF<\/strong>, the app reads the receipt details with AI, and you check and save them. Download Print2Accounts-Setup-<version>.exe<\/code> from vesan.ai\/print2accounts<\/a> and run it. Installation requires administrator rights. It installs the app, the Print2Accounts PDF<\/strong> printer and, if needed, Microsoft Edge WebView2. The Windows print spooler restarts briefly during installation.<\/p>

The easiest way is to select Asetukset \u2192 Procountor \u2192 Yhdist\u00e4 Procountoriin (Settings \u2192 Procountor \u2192 Connect to Procountor)<\/strong>: sign in to Procountor, select the company and approve the integration, and the app receives the key automatically. Your company\u2019s Procountor main user can also give you the key. In that case, enter it under Asetukset \u2192 Procountor (Settings \u2192 Procountor)<\/strong> and select Testaa yhteys (Test connection)<\/strong>. The key is company-specific.<\/p>

The Procountor API is subject to a fee in all editions, including the Free edition.<\/strong> Finago charges a fixed fee for it and an additional fee for each integration, in line with its API pricing<\/a> \u2013 these fees are not included in Print2Accounts prices.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

A voucher is one receipt saved to Procountor. The edition and the number of vouchers are shown under Asetukset \u2192 Tilaus (Settings \u2192 Subscription)<\/strong>. Yes. If the subscription service is temporarily unavailable, receipts are still saved to Procountor, up to 20 vouchers per month, provided the subscription has been checked within the last 30 days. Free vouchers belong to the company, not the computer: computers using the same company share them. Your accounting firm can offer Print2Accounts to its clients. You receive a licence key from the firm, and the app shows the firm\u2019s name and logo. AI is included, and you do not need a key of your own. The app first checks the required details. It then adds the lines to the month\u2019s journal voucher (P2A YYYY-MM<\/em>, status Unfinished) and attaches the receipt PDF to it. If the month has no unfinished voucher, the app creates a new one.
